we don't just do weddings


We'll capture all the fun and laughter of your private party. We'll take an unlimited number of photgraphs to include any special groups or individuals as requested. There will usually be two photographers attending, so be assured we will never miss a great photo opportunity.
We also attend social events, presentations, christenings & functions.
We charge a £25 attendance fee. Then we simply ask that you order a minimum of £75 worth of pictures from the proofs provided. In addition to the photo sizes below, we can also put your party pictures on a canvas, or have them framed.

B & M (Beautiful & Memorable) Photography is a Derbyshire based photographic business founded in 2003 by Robert Smith, with the help and support of his wife, Margaret. Bob has been a lifelong camera enthusiast, and has been taking photos for friends, family and companies for many years. The results have always been considered excellent. His technique of obtaining candid, natural pictures produces what many clients consider more realistic and memorable photographs, that truly capture the spirit of that special moment; far better than the awkwardly posed, unnatural results many of you have probably experienced on occasions. Bob also recognises that a combination of reportage, informal and classical style is essential to providing a well-rounded and comprehensive photographic service.

Due to the increasing frequency of requests for more pictures, and thanks to the immense encouragement of past clients Bob decided to take early retirement in order to set up his business. The business motto "your memories, your way" is the principle that he believes sets his photography and business apart. Working closely with the client to produce natural, pleasing and personal pictures is of paramount importance to him. This policy, along with giving clients unlimited time and attention has helped produce the excellent and memorable results on which Bob's reputation is built.

Having worked extensively with all photographic media and formats Bob's wealth of experience has led him to choose and use the latest digital cameras and equipment for his work. His studio boasts digital photography, scanning, image manipulation and superior printing technology which guarantees technically flawless results. He blends this modern technology with time & tested knowledge of traditional photography.
